Description Job Summary:
The Driver's primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of customer packages while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction as well as exceeding safety regulations. This requires a "team-focused" person who actively participates on behalf of the team.

Typical Working Environment Expectations:

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Participate in the "sort" and "scanning in" of packages at the terminal and loading of the truck
Adjusting manifest of stops as needed to maximize efficiency of the route
Perform daily pre-trip safety inspections on all equipment and following up with any deficits with the manager
Communicate with manager before leaving and follow any instructions given
Communicate with the manager as needed and follow instructions as required including but not limited to: delays, arrivals, and equipment problems
Run the vehicle through the wash once a week on the way in from the route at the designated wash port
Demonstrate internal and external customer service
Maintain a clean working environment keeping the vehicle free from debris
Complete a post-trip safety inspection and communicate with manager as to ensure optimal operation of the vehicle for the following day as well as help facilitate any work needed
Complete all other end-of-day functions
Maintain extensive knowledge of geography and demographics of assigned area
Comply with all safety standards, laws, regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Adhere to gas card and credit card contract

Other Functions:
Deliver additional routes on an as needed basis
Working on Saturday as needed
Working additional hours during peak season

Description South Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants for a full time twelve-month Fiscal Support Technician position. This position reports to the Accounting Coordinator.

Qualifications: The formal education of a high school diploma; plus two years of bookkeeping, basic accounting, billing, or related experience. Responsibilities: Fiscal Support Technician duties include third-party invoicing for student accounts, maintain organized and detailed records for third-party accounts; verify for accuracy daily cash deposits, assist students with student account questions and research outstanding student account balances; serve as backup cashier to the SouthArk Bookstore; serve as primary backup for mail distribution. Preform data entry in the computer system and general ledger after reviewing the documents for accuracy. Receives payments, verifies for accuracy, posts money and receipts and processes funds following prescribed methods. Communicate with employees, vendors, and other customers to provide information regarding the status of accounts or other related transactions. Assist with other duties in Business Office when needed and perform other duties as assigned. Some weekend and after hours work is required.

Salary: Fiscal Support Technician is a Grade C108 on the state pay plan with entry level salary of $20,788. An excellent benefits package is available.
