In consideration of this service being furnished free of charge to subscriber, subscriber agrees as follows:
1) Services from WeatherMaster are internet-based, and since the internet is unstable by nature, subscriber waives ALL RIGHTS to legal action toward WeatherMaster, Eldoark.com, Community Web Guides or Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation, their employees, (herein after referred to as Licensor) or other companies that contract to use our services.
2) It is up to YOU, to verify that ANY of our services are compatible with your carrier/internet services. Licensor assumes NO liability of non-compatibility of services.
3) Licensor SHALL NOT be held liable for non-delivered, misdirected, or non-directed text messages or e-mail.
4) Users should be aware that text messaging may not be reliable for severe weather notifications. Therefore, we suggest that you check with your carrier about delay times of such text messages. Licensor will not be held liable for delays in its transmission of its weather products.
5) Users are advised that information obtained from Licensor, will be considered as a SECONDARY SOURCE, and should not be used for decision making purposes, particularly where human life, or property damage could occur.
6) Licensor makes no claims of accuracy in its reports, nor implies any warranty in its services. Therefore, Licensor assumes NO legal liability in its services.
7) When signing up for text messaging alerts, user agrees to pay ANY text messaging charges levied by their wireless carrier (if applicable).
8) Licensor reserves the right to terminate this service at any time without notice to subscriber, and refuse service to anyone, for any reason, and without explanation or notice.
9) Subscriber agrees to any future changes to this policy at any time, without notice.
